Sunrise Senior Living has begun marketing its newest facility in Woodland Hills. The facility is the fourth in the San Fernando Valley. The operators note that the Valley is home to 182,106 residents of age 65 and older, 10.6 percent of the Valley’s population. The newest facility features 85 suites with a resident capacity of 102. The assisted living facility can house 71 residents and another 31 can be housed in the center’s Alzheimer’s care facility, Reminiscence.
