Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc., the largest member of the Colliers International global network of commercial real estate brokerage companies, has acquired a controlling interest in Colliers Seeley, the network’s Southern California-based brokerage. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Colliers Seeley consists of 12 offices including three in the greater San Fernando Valley region, with 138 brokers. The company’s annual revenues are about $60 million. The acquisition will provide financial and strategic resources for Colliers Seeley and give Colliers Macaulay Nicolls a foothold in the Southern California marketplace, the companies said.
