The grand opening for Paseo Sepulveda Shopping Center will take place on Saturday, Oct. 15. The six-acre shopping center was developed by Primestor Development Inc., a developer that specializes in urban infill projects. The center’s tenants include AJ Wright, Starbucks, Coldstone Creamery, Tacos don Chente and Walgreen’s. Los Angeles City Councilman Alex Padilla is expected to deliver remarks at 12:30 p.m.
