Voit Development Co. and Selleck Development Group have raised walls on their 15-acre addition to The Plant, an industrial and retail center in Panorama City. The developers will be constructing build-to-suit facilities for Veratex and Zodax, two current tenants of the industrial center that are expanding their facilities, along with two smaller industrial buildings. The 335,000-square-foot project will join a 1.2-million-square-foot industrial and retail center that was completed in 2000. Zodax plans to expand into a 200,000-square-foot facility and Veratex will add a 100,000-square foot facility in the center. The developers plan to build two smaller industrial buildings of about 16,000 square feet each on a speculative basis.
