Westlake Canyon International, Inc. a holding corporation in Westlake Village, has acquired Vision Co. Ltd., a Japanese corporation that makes and markets miniature personal cleaning towels that expand to normal size with water. Manufacturing, sales and marketing will continue to be located in Osaka with North American offices in Newbury Park. Vision Co. is also engaged in the manufacture of specialized vending machines for its cleaning towels and is currently seeking to develop programs with corporations that might use the towels for promotional and advertising purposes.
