The MERIT Companies, a provider of professional community association services, has expanded its regional office in Valencia. The company has moved into new facilities at 28159 Avenue Stanford, Suite 190 in Valencia to accommodate its growing workforce. MERIT has more than doubled its staff since 2005, the company said. MERIT, which provides management services to homeowner, condominium and other community associations, said it expects to increase the number of units it manages by 65 percent by the end of 2006.
