The New York-based insurance company WKF & C; Agency Inc. has opened a Southern California branch in Warner Center. The office will cover California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. It will be headed by Vice President Bill Kropp. WKF & C; currently operates six offices in Virginia, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Kansas and Illinois.
