Younan Properties Inc. has sold a Phoenix office building for $27.5 million. The Woodland Hills-based investment company sold Four Gateway, a 140,000-square-foot building, getting a 105 percent return after 17 months of ownership, the company said. Younan Properties asserts that it ranks No. 4 among the largest office property owners in the Phoenix market.
