Two retailers have been signed to join the lineup at The Oaks shopping center in Thousand Oaks. Iridesse, a Tiffany & Co. division that specializes in cultured pearls, and Forever 21, a junior apparel boutique, will open in the mall, which is undergoing a major renovation. Mall owner Macerich Co. recently announced that Forth & Towne, a new concept store from Gap Inc., and Solstice Sunglass Boutique have also signed leases with the mall. The Iridesse store will be one of only three the retailer is opening in California this year, the mall operator said.
