3D Systems Corporation reported net income of $6 million on revenues of $44.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2005, compared with earnings of $3.1 million on revenues of $38.3 in the previous year. In the fourth quarter, the company took advantage of a $2.5 million non-cash tax benefit to increase net income, which was offset by $1.2 million in relocation costs related to plans to move the company’s headquarters to Rock Hill, S.C.
