Steven P. Irwin will joined 21st Century Insurance as senior vice president and chief financial officer for the company. Irwin most recently worked for as executive vice president and CFO for Health Net, and held the same positions for U.S. Bancorp. Erwin replaces Lawrence Bascom, who left the company in March due to differences in management style.
