The chief executive of the Antelope Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is leaving the position. Julian Medrano, who has been at the chamber since 2002, will continue to run entrepreneurial training classes offered by the nine-year-old organization. A permanent replacement is expected to be named by January.
