The Cheesecake Factory has delayed its third quarter financial filing pending the completion of its stock option practice review. The Calabasas Hills-based company said it would file its second quarter and third quarter financial results by Nov. 13 if the review is completed by that date. Cheesecake is one of more than 140 companies that have initiated reviews or responded to investigations concerning the practice of backdating stock options.
