A 10-unit apartment complex in Panorama City was sold for $1.5 million. The complex, located at 8843 Van Nuys Blvd., was acquired by Chicago Deferred Exchange Corp. It was sold by RPM Investments Inc. Slavic Zlatkin and Warren Berzack, brokers with Investment Real Estate Associates, represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
