Douglas Emmett inked a five year deal for 15,000 square feet of office space at Trillium in Woodland Hills. Additional terms of the deal were not disclosed. Trillium Capital Group, a newly formed real estate equity management firm, has taken the space, which it will use as its corporate headquarters. Jim Lindvall and Dan Sanchez, both brokers with Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant. Douglas Emmett was represented by Gina Guarino.
