StarPoint Properties LLC has purchased a 104-unit multifamily complex in Glendale for $17 million. The Beverly Hills-based real estate company plans to renovate the property, called Glenview Terrace. The complex, at 2121 Valderas Drive, is fully occupied. StarPoint executives said that the project has “tremendous upside. It has been a long time since we have seen an asset that has a 68 percent increase in rents from the existing asking rents to market and a projected three year internal rate of return of 38 percent,” said Paul Daneshrad, CEO of StarPoint. The seller of the property was Glenview Terrace Apartments.
