Camarillo’s planning commission has given a green light to Opus West to construct a $35 million office park in the city’s Heritage Zone. The development will consist of 127,050 square feet, with an office building for lease and 13 office condominium units. Camarillo Ranch Center, as the project is named, is expected to be completed next March.
