OSI Consulting Inc. expanded its presence in Canada with the acquisition of a firm that has provided services for the Canadian government for more than a decade, the company announced. Details of the acquisition of EML Inc. by Woodland Hills-based OSI were not disclosed. EML serves a number of departments across the Canadian government with a full range of services including strategic planning, upgrades and implementations.
