Pentadyne Power Corp., a developer of energy storage systems, has filed an intention to list on London’s Alternative Investment Market, according to a report from DowJones VentureWire Alert. The Chatsworth based company hopes to raise up t $30 million with the offering, which is being conducted by Jefferies International Ltd. The listing is expected to occur sometime in May. According to VentureWire, Pentadyne would be the second California-based flywheel technology developer to list on the London AIM exchange. In March, Vycon Inc. raised $18 million through its offering.
