A deal between CenterStaging Corp. and Comcast will make available performance rehearsals by major entertainers through a video-on-demand service. rehearsalsTV gives fans an intimate, behind-the-scenes experience as musicians and singers prepare for concerts, television and movie appearances, tours and recording sessions. rehearsalsTV originates from the Burbank campus of CenterStaging. “At one session and in one location, rehearsalsTV gives music artists the ability to connect with fans and to launch their touring and CD release campaigns earlier and more effectively than even before,” said CenterStaging CEO Roger Paglia. The agreement allows Comcast to distribute the rehearsals to other cable companies.
