Intuit Inc. said today it has completed the purchase of Digital Insight Corp. for $1.33 billion. The financial software maker financed the deal for the online banking products and services company in part with proceeds of a $1 billion bridge loan facility. With the close of the deal, Digital Insight’s chief executive Jeff Steifler becomes president of Intuit’s Financial Institutions division.
