A North Hollywood industrial building was sold for $3.7 million. The 26,600-square-foot building, located at 7250-7300 Fulton Ave., was sold to Mediacore Management Corp. Ron Feder, a broker with Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., represented the seller, Fulton Property Investment LLC. The buyer was represented by Kevin Cooper of Delphi Business Properties.
