California United Bank in Encino said today it closed its common stock offering on Dec. 29 with subscriptions totaling slightly more than $21 million. The bank also said it has received approval to increase the number of shares it can sell by an additional 121,212. The addition brings the total offering to 1,333,334 shares at $16.50 a share. The final closing for the offering is scheduled for Jan. 13.
