Van Nuys-based toy maker MGA has inked an agreement with Rubies Costume Co. to create a series of costumes based on its popular Bratz line of dolls. The New York-based company will produce a line of jewelry, make-up products, wigs and costumes for kids and young adults. Rubie’s is one of the largest costume makers in the country.
