California Oaks State Bank said today it plans to open a permanent Simi Valley branch in April, 2008. The Thousand Oaks-based branch will open in the Simi Valley Corporate Point Center adjacent to the Simi Valley Town Center. The bank also announced its second quarter results. Earnings were $179,000 or $0.12 per share as of the end of the second quarter. Assets stood at $107.6 million.
