DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. has approved a plan to allow some executives defer up to 85 percent of their base salary and as much as all of their annual incentive or any special bonus, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The plan, which takes effect July 1, will be available for its executive officers and other “highly compensated employees,” according to the filing.
