A subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies, Inc. acquired a designer and supplier of microwave subsystems for defense applications, the company announced. Terms of the deal for Teledyne Cougar, Inc. to acquire Tindall Technologies were not disclosed. Teledyne Cougar is a subsidiary of Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies. Tindall, based in Pleasanton, will consolidate its operations with Teledyne Cougar in Sunnyvale. Tindall had revenues of $2.7 million for its fiscal year ending December 2006. Teledyne Technologies supplies electronic components, instruments, communication products, aerospace engines and components and on-site gas and power generation systems.
