Burbank-based Lieberman Broadcasting Inc. has withdrawn its $150 million initial public offering. The company filed the IPO in early 2004 and amended it most recently this summer. “The company has determined not to conduct the offering of securities contemplated in the Registration Statement at this time,” the firm said in filing documents.
