DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has severed its relationship with GVA Worldwide, noting that the affiliation no longer meets its strategic objectives. “We have the utmost respect for the GVA Worldwide network, however, the relationship no longer meets our strategic objectives for the future, which are taking our firm in a new direction,” said Michael Nubel, president and CEO of DAUM. DAUM operates 11 offices in Southern California including Woodland Hills and Arizona. The GVA network expanded that to 120 offices in 35 countries.
