American Reprographics has acquired MBC Precision Imaging, a document copying company in Washington, D.C., and Baltimore. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Glendale-based American Reprographics said the addition of MBC, which operates several branches in the area, had revenues of about $18.5 million in 2006.
