North American Scientific named John Rush to replace the company’s founder as CEO and president. The Chatsworth-based cancer treatment products company said L. Michael Cutrer, 51, will remain on the company’s board. He will become North American’s executive vice president and chief technology officer. Rush starts in mid-April and joins the company as it prepares to launch a breast cancer treatment product.
