The Regional Planning Commission has approved a plan to construct 247 homes in Agua Dulce just north of Santa Clarita. The 908-acre project would center at Sierra Highway and the Antelope Valley Freeway. The board in 2002 approved 68 other homes; the project will have 315 in total. San Bernardino-based B & C Land and Water is the developer. Construction is slated to start this year.
