The Moorpark Planning Commission has approved a four-story Fairfield Inn & Suites. Plans by developer Moorpark Hospitality Inc. call for a 112-room, Mediterranean inspired hotel on 2.4 acres at state routes 118 and 23. The project needs approval from the City Council. It is the first hotel project approved in the city.
