Calabasas Hills-based The Cheesecake Factory Inc. reported today that its general counsel Debby R. Zurzolo exercised options for 5,000 common stock shares last week. Zurzolo acquired the shares for $5.90 each and selling them for $28.15 each under a prearranged schedule.
