Mosaic Capital Moves to Westside

Mosaic Capital LLC, one of a very few investment banking firms founded in the San Fernando Valley, has moved its offices to Century City. Mosaic said that the move will allow it to expand its staff further and improve coordination within the company. About two years ago, the Sherman Oaks-based investment banking firm opened a West Los Angeles office to house a staff expansion that included three senior level investment bankers. The company said at the time that it wanted to take advantage of the growing activity in mergers and acquisitions and what it saw as an opportunity for investment firms that specialize in the local, middle-market community. Since then, both the former Sherman Oaks office and the West L.A. office have grown, and Mosaic is expecting to expand its capabilities further in the coming years, company officials said in announcing the move. “Mosaic Capital is adding more analysts to our staff and creating new talent by bringing in summer interns from local business schools,” the announcement read. “The new office space will support our ongoing growth plans, which include adding several more managing directors and other professional staff within the next two years.” Shelly Garcia
