1105 Media acquired Education Plaza, a web-based service assisting elementary through high school administrators with their purchasing decisions. Details of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition by Chatsworth-based 1105 Media helps its education market customers find the right products and services for their classrooms, schools and districts, said company President and CEO Neal Vitale. The 1105 Media Education Group includes two print publications, three websites, nine eNewsletters, and live events for the K-12 and higher education markets.
