U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group acquired Trinity Occupational Health in Turlock. Terms of the transaction between Valencia-based U.S. Healthworks and Trinity were not disclosed. U.S. Healthworks provides outpatient occupational health care services, “Trinity’s clients and patients can benefit from the access to all the U.S. HealthWorks medical centers throughout California,” says Shelly Neufeld, Regional Vice President of U.S. HealthWorks. “We look forward to helping clients of Trinity Occupational Health to contain overall case costs while providing quality care.”
