Sunbelt Enterprises, the real estate firm owned by local philanthropist Fred Kavli, has opened its latest office center in Oxnard and just received permits for two other projects. The company marked the completion and availability of the Sunbelt Professional Centre this week , a two-building complex off Rice Avenue with more than 100,000 square feet. The two-story building is 70 percent occupied by Tri-Counties Regional Center, said Kim Mills, Sunbelt director of real estate. The other building, three stories tall with more than 60,000 square feet, already has some interested tenants, he said.
