Capstone Turbine Corp. received an order for five microturbines at a value of $2 million for use in Russia. Two of the turbines ordered by Capstone’s distributor Banking Production Center are for use at a new caviar farm in Russian. Turbines will also be installed in the Ukraine and Belarus. Banking Production has deployed Capstone turbines in commercial office complexes, shopping centers, telecommunications facilities, hotels and a ski resort, said Tony Hynes, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Europe, Middle East, Africa and India for Chatsworth-based Capstone.
