Burbank Restaurant Buzz

The restaurant formerly known as Chadney’s in Burbank is sprucing up in readiness for a new tenant after a decade of vacancy. Property owner Brad Howard was mum on the new tenant moving into the building at 3000 W. Olive Ave. Nakaishi Associates Architects of Eagle Rock is working on plans for a renovation of the exterior of the building. “The tenant is doing their own tenant improvement plans,” said Bob Taylor, of the architectural firm. Just down the road, the former location of Que’s Riverbottom Bar and Grill at 4201 W. Olive Ave. will also be getting a new eatery. CiaoCristina, Inc. received a license to serve beer and wine was on May 8. According to a website still under construction, the kitchen will be in the hands of chefs “from Venezia & Napoli and will be serving fantastic authentic food to the East Valley region.”
