CITY HALL , T-Mobile representatives and city officials said Thursday that they would delay the upcoming construction of a cellular antenna until after a public meeting was held to address neighborhood concerns. The announcement came a day after residents of a northwest Glendale neighborhood came out hard against a planned T-Mobile cellular antenna in the public right-of-way, calling on the City Council to stop, or at least delay, the project.
