PALMDALE – Palmdale Water District directors, in a 4-0 vote Wednesday night, approved a consultant contract for up to $72,000 with a Sacramento-based firm that deals in governmental affairs and public relations. Capitol Dynamics LLC was contracted to help the district acquire water supplies and work through the logistics of delivering that water to district facilities. In addition, Capitol Dynamics will aid the water district in identifying and obtaining grants for various projects, and facilitate other state and federal water-related issues, officials said.
