“Carve Out Some Fun,” at the Calabasas Pumpkin Festival

Calabasas Pumpkin Festival will be presented by the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce, the City of Calabasas and the Calabasas Arts Council. Admission and parking are free; shuttle service is available. This event will be held on Saturday and Sunday, October 18 and 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Juan Bautista De Anza Park, 3701 Lost Hills Road, Calabasas. The entrance is at Lost Hills & Agoura Roads, off the 101 Freeway. The Calabasas Pumpkin Festival offers families with children of all ages an opportunity to enjoy an affordable and fun-filled experience. An estimated 20,000 children and adults from every part of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties are expected. On Saturday, get a special $2.00 unlimited ride pass. The 2008 Calabasas Pumpkin Festival will include: Low cost Inflatable Rides, Free Carnival Games, Pinewood Derby Race, Mummy Wrap Contests, Pumpkin Pie Eating Contests, Live Entertainment on Stage, Reptiles & Amphibians, Pumpkin Carving Demos, Kids Arts & Crafts, Pumpkin Seed Spitting Contests, Car Show, Food, Beer Garden, Craft Marketplace, “Main Street” the Business District and Fun Zone.
