GLENDALE , Los Angeles County business leaders on Tuesday named Glendale as one of the top business-friendly cities in the region, citing its streamlined permit process and redevelopment agency assistance as examples of its warm professional climate. Glendale is a finalist vying with four other cities throughout the county with populations greater than 50,000 for the top honor.
