PEARBLOSSOM – Los Angeles County officials have ordered a Simi Valley-based waste disposal firm to stop dumping waste from the Van Nuys Anheuser-Busch brewery in the Antelope Valley. Kenmark Enterprises, a firm hired by Anheuser-Busch, dumped a mixture of organic brewery waste and diatomaceous earth – a filtration material – on a parcel of land near 155th Street East north of Pearblossom Highway, in the Big Rock Creek wash.
