Charter Communications will continue to offer the two Hallmark branded channels following a renewal of a distribution agreement with Crown Media Holdings Inc. The deal between Studio City-based Crown and Channel has led to 85 million homes receiving the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel. The renewal also marks the completion of new agreements with all of Crown’s major distributors, said company President and CEO Henry Schleiff.
