Banco BuenaVentura, an Oxnard bank in its first year of operation, has been sued for not paying rent and the two buildings it leases are now up for sale. The single-branch bank became insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in November and held a grand opening in January, but it is financially strained and has been hit by high turnover.
