A veteran Wall Street investor has been named as the new chief executive and chairman of e-notarization product maker Interlink Electronics Inc. Steven N. Bronson was appointed to the position by the Camarillo-based company’s board of directors following the annual meeting on July 13. Bronson replaces Kevin Wiley who had been named as CEO in 2008. Bronson, president and founder of Catalyst Financial LLC, was elected to the Interlink board along with Edward J. Fred and Lorin E. Krueger. “Interlink has been on the forefront of sensor technology since 1985 and I’m looking forward to working with the dedicated employees at Interlink,” Bronson said. “I’m committed to taking the necessary steps to building long-term growth and profitability with the company.” Mark R.
