MRV Communications will expand its network to the Paris metropolitan area through a partnership with Hub telecom. Hub telecom will use MRV equipment to add capacity to its network to meet the growing demand for bandwidth by travelers using mobile devices at France’s major airports. “We are pleased to be working with Interdata and MRV on this critical network expansion,” said Bernard Nahoum, services and operations director of Hub telecom. MRV Communications is a provider of carrier Ethernet, WDM optical transport, infrastructure management equipment and solutions, network integration and managed services. A subsidiary of Aeroports de Paris, Hub telecom consists of Hub telecom, a telecom operator in B2B and Hub telecom region.
