A subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc. will display its image sensor technology for medical imaging and dental radiography at the annual meeting and conference of the Radiological Society of North America taking place in Chicago. Among the five products from Teledyne DALSA are digital image processor boards used for demanding X-ray instrumentation and radioscopy applications; an X-ray camera designed for computed tomography imaging; and two flat panel screens for medical and dental imaging. The RSNA show takes place from Nov. 27 to Dec. 2. Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies acquired DALSA Corp. earlier this year in a deal valued at about $336 million. Teledyne DALSA, headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, produces advanced visible light imaging sensors and cameras for commercial applications.
